JSK-2012 quantitative controller takes industrial ARM9 series 32-bit embedded controller as the core, integrates many I/O interfaces such as high-speed interrupt input, analog input, digital input, digital output, etc., and comes with RS485, RS232 It adopts industrial-grade chip design, strong anti-interference ability and environmental adaptability, and stable and reliable operation.
1. Precise measurement: intelligent flow pulse subdivision technology, multi-stage linear compensation for the nonlinear error of the flowmeter to ensure measurement accuracy.
2. High-precision quantitative control: constant flow rate control, high and low flow rate control, multi-stage valve closing to ensure high filling accuracy.
3. Valve optimization control: The valve opening adopts a flow feedback closed-loop control strategy, which can reduce the water hammer and prolong the service life of the equipment.
4. Safety interlock control: It integrates various safety interlock functions such as oil spill electrostatic protection.
5. Self-service picking: Supports multiple picking modes such as single-click, online IC card, online password, etc., combined with the delivery management software for self-service picking.
